“From all the SON’S and DAUGHTER’S whose mothers passed from this life this year.”
Mama I had no idea what it meant to feel alone until I called you that first time and realized I would never again hear you answer the phone. I hope that Heaven is the place everyone said it would be, because knowing you are there is the only way I will ever be able to get over you leaving me.
I am sorry I wasn’t there walking you to your final resting place. But Mama, I am praying so maybe when I get to Heaven I can apologize face to face. Just in case you are wondering what kind of mother you were to me, if I had listened to you more often I would have been there in those days when you needed me.
If my tears ever stop falling or if my pain ever goes away, I pray I will never again feel the loss I am feeling on this Mother’s Day. Mama, there is an empty spot in my heart that can never ever be filled. I pray that my loving memories of you will help me to heal.
To all the Mothers who went to Heaven this year from your children in the TWILIGHT ZONE. In our hearts you live on.
God bless: “TWILIGHT”
“From Twilight to the readers in the free world.”
As much as I wish no one lost a mother while in the TWILIGHT ZONE, I wish equally as much that you all could see the level of comradery that is exhibited when the word goes out that someone has lost their mother. That word, “Mother”, has been a neutralizer in more difficult times, in the TWILIGHT ZONE, than any other word. We stop what we are doing and put our arms out to our brother who is in need. Mothers are respected here above all others. Our Mothers are people who never give up on us, and who never stop praying.
God’s Light and I would like to send out condolences to all of you whose mothers have gone on. We would also like to say Happy Mother’s Day to all the mothers who bring love and happiness to the TWILIGHT ZONE.
